A big surprise, unexpected quality in an area that really needs a change in terms of hotel quality. It starts with a great welcome, I arrived after 20 hours of flight around the world from another trip, staff super friendly, showing me everything, introducing me to their perfume collection right at the entrance. When I realised the hotel does not serve alcohol/wine due to their spa policy I was initially shocked. But for guests like me, arriving after such a long flight and not willing to get some wine myself from the shop next door, they bring you complementary wine. That was such a positive surprise! The spa treatment was also very special, a great place, especially if you travel for business like me, to relax and have a break after or before a stressful day!

Unfortunately, due to the times we checked in/out, we missed breakfast. However, we had lunch with no intention of having dinner. But, since lunch was so tantalizing and exceptional, we decided to rush back to the hotel in the evening to have dinner. We were not disappointed. Part of our restaurant experience has included chats with the ever so humble Executive Chef Alex Mayfield. Alex, undoubtedly is behind the success of the restaurant, though he will never take the credit because he is doing what comes naturally and what he loves. It was a delight chatting with Alex. We encourage all guests to visit the restaurant and make an effort to speak with Alex for interesting facts on the carefully picked menu items!

I’d like to thank Ette hotel Family for the worm welcoming and taking care of us in every aspect .. it was different experience with compare to all hotels I’ve ever visited around the world.. even for the things out of hotel scope! The room pictures when I booked looked amazing .. We got more amazed when we got there.. so clean and the place is setup in every tiny detail .. The service is beyond outstanding. This hotel will be the only hotel I am staying in when I get back to Orlando. Special thanks to Sheila and Malika and all members who I might forgot their names. We will remember this experience for the rest of our life.

Fabulous hotel with lovely staff and outstanding food in the restaurant - we ate there every night, which is very unusual for us. Pool is well appointed and clean, if a little small. Rooms were beautiful, we had a suite and it was extreme my clean and well equipped. Hotel is in a slightly odd place, but we knew this, and it’s still convenient to get to everything. The BYO in the restaurant was great and enabled us to spend more on food! Would definitely book to stay again.

I was their to celebrate mmmmmmmmm my birthday and they “made my day” with the complimentary extra waffle on breakfast with a candle and a ballon with tropical fruits with a happy birthday message, and they put our convenience first. special thanks to the great manager and the staff we are definitely coming back ❤️
